Overview:

 

We are seeking a highly organized digital producer to oversee the publication, and management of digital content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) as well as email deployment platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • CMS Management: Proficiently navigate and manage content within the Content Management System (CMS), including uploading, formatting, and scheduling content for publication.

  • Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure it adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and best practices for online content.

  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely publication of content and coordinate with various teams to align content with marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular QA testing of emails and landing pages to, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency and usability. 

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement, conversion rates) to inform content strategy and optimize future content efforts.

  • Content Guidelines: Develop and enforce content guidelines, standards, and workflows to maintain consistency and quality across all content touchpoints.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and content marketing best practices to identify new opportunities for content creation and distribution.

  • Additional content support and management as needed. 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role, 

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), with experience in platforms such as WordPress, Silverstripe, AEM, 

  • Strong editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to grammar, punctuation, and style.

  • Experience creating/deploying templated emails, in Mailchimp, Hubspot or Salesforce. 

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive content strategy 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HTML/CSS and basic web design principles is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of CMS tools and best practices 

  • Familiarity with content marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)

  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and principles.
